Targeting disease prevention
In physiotherapy and rehabilitation centres, mini trampolines are used, for example, to stabilise ankle, knee and hip joints or to alleviate osteoarthritis. Mini trampolines are also increasingly being used in prevention, e.g. for osteoporosis, and as a complementary therapy for cystic fibrosis and ADHD.
